- PLEASE NOTE: During the works currently taking place at the Spotify Camp Nou, it is only possible to enter into the FC Barcelona Museum. The stadium is closed and cannot be visited.
- The facilities are adapted for wheelchair users.
- The open date entry is valid during the entire opening hours of the tour, generally from 10 AM to 6 PM, except Sundays in low season (from mid-October to the end of March) from 10 AM to 3 PM.
- Please check the timetables before going to the stadium.
- The FC Barcelona reserves the right to change the schedule, routes or close part of the museum tour.
- The price includes 1€ of management fees.
- It is MANDATORY to exchange your voucher for your Spotify Camp Nou Experience tickets before heading to the stadium at the Julià Travel office in Estació del Nord (street Alí Bei 80), ground floor, platform 19. You can pick it up Monday to Sunday from 09:30 AM to 05:00 PM.
- The tickets must be collected from the booking date. No tickets will be provided before the date they are booked for, which must be stated in the voucher.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier 72 hours prior to the tour date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours of tour date. No shows will not be refunded.
- All bookings for this tour are on a request basis - please allow 72 hours to receive your tour confirmation.
