Tickets are valid for 1 day, 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on the option chosen. The entire loop takes around 2 Hours, although you can hop on and hop off as many times as you like for the duration of your ticket.

- Stop 6 - Vatican is currently closed due to road works until further notice.
- You will be issued with a voucher, you must print and present a paper version of your booking voucher when you board a City Sightseeing Bus at any official City Sightseeing stops.
- Upon redemption you will receive your 1 day, 24, 48 or 72 hour Hop-on Hop-off Bus ticket.
- Once your voucher has been exchanged, your Hop-on, Hop-off pass validity begins from that point.
- Please note the 1 day ticket is only valid until end of service that day.
- Certain stops and sections of the Hop-on Hop-off bus tour may occasionally be subject to last minute changes and closures.
- The City Sightseeing Bus service is available every day: High Season (April–October): from 9.00am to 7.00pm, every 10 minutes; Low season (November –March): from 9.00am to 5.45pm, every 15/20 minutes
- Cancellation policy: Free cancellation until 72 hours before your departure date. No refunds are given after this time.
