Terms & Conditions
- Universal Express Passes DO NOT OFFER ADMISSION to the Universal Orlando Theme Parks. A separate valid Universal Orlando Admission Ticket is required in addition to a Universal Express Unlimited Ticket.
- Universal Express Unlimited gives you unlimited priority access throughout each day at participating ride and attractions at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure.
- The 2-Day 2-Park Universal Orlando Express Unlimited Pass is valid for any 2 days within a 5-day validity window from the ticket start date selected.
- Express ride access is a separate line with a much shorter wait time than the regular ride queue.
- Participating rides and attractions at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure are subject to change without notice.
- Universal Express is not valid at select rides and attractions. These currently include Camp Jurassic, Jurassic Park Discovery Center, Me Ship, The Olive®, Pteranodon Flyers, Raptor Encounter, Hogwarts™ Always and Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure™ at Universal Islands of Adventure.
- Universal Express is only available during normal theme park operating hours. Tickets are not valid for separately ticketed special events.
- Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.
Redemption
- Look for the Will Call Kiosks signage at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure or Universal Volcano Bay. Redeem your tickets from either the kiosk machine or ticket window using your unique Universal Confirmation Number.
- There are a limited number of ticket windows at the entrance to Universal Epic Universe, so we recommend collecting your Express Passes before visiting Epic Universe.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date. No refunds are given after this time.
