Blue Mountains - Hike The World Heritage

Escape the city and dive into a day of incredible views, native wildlife, and legendary tales in the Blue Mountains! Spot kangaroos and koalas, hike through Australia’s very own “Grand Canyon,” and capture perfect photos at stunning lookouts—all without the crowds. Ready to make unforgettable memories? Let’s go!

Kick off a memorable day with AEA Luxury Tours/Mount n Beach Safaris, who will pick you up directly from your hotel for an immersive hike in the stunning Blue Mountains World Heritage area. Your first stop is Calmsley Hill, a charming working farm where kangaroos, emus, wombats and koalas roam. Enjoy morning tea and explore the grounds at your leisure before heading into the heart of the Blue Mountains.

Take in panoramic views of the breathtaking Jamison Valley, choosing lookout spots away from the crowds whenever possible. Next, soak up the history and legends surrounding the famous Three Sisters rock formation at Eaglehawk Lookout. From here, journey through the mountains to Evans Lookout, where you’ll gear up with a lunch pack and start a scenic hike from Evans Lookout to Govett's Leap. This trail takes you across awe-inspiring valleys and ridges, unveiling the grandeur of the Grose Valley, often called Australia’s Grand Canyon.

Your hike concludes at Govett’s Leap, a renowned lookout boasting sweeping views and a 180-meter waterfall. To cap off this unforgettable day, you’ll visit the Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens to discover unique flora, including the ancient Wollemi Pine. Your journey wraps up with a return to your hotel around 4:30–5:00 pm.
