- Your Chessington World of Adventures Winter's Tail Ticket is only valid for the date selected at the time of booking and cannot be used on any other date.
- Customers must bring their barcoded e-tickets to access the attraction.
- Please note: The time selected when booking is the time you will enter the Christmas Village (includes Father Christmas' Grotto and Toy Workshop) not Father Christmas' Grotto.
- Under 90cms go FREE - if your child is under 90cms they can visit for free with every purchase of a 1 Day Winter's Tail Entry Only Ticket. The Under 90cms free entry ticket must be collected at the theme park and height will be checked on entry prior to admission.
- Carers go FREE - Disabled guests are entitled to a free carer ticket. The Carers free entry ticket must be collected at the theme park and documentation will be checked on entry prior to admission.
- Under 90cms and Carers do not need to pay for an entry ticket, however if they would like a gift from Father Christmas' Elves then add a Christmas gift ticket for £7 per person can be purchased in the park.
- Only select rides and attractions are available during Winter's Tail and are subject to change.
- There is a maximum of 3 FREE infant tickets per booking allowed.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- *CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 48 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 48 hours.
