Cancellation Policy: This tour is non-refundable and cannot be amended.
The ticket is valid only for the selected time and date.
Due to the ongoing construction works at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Tour route will be temporarily disrupted.
On match day, the tour (museum and panoramic view) can take place up to 5 hours before the start of the match.
Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.
There are numerous stairs along the route, so it is not advisable to do it with suitcases or baby strollers.
Real Madrid reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to the schedule of matches, training sessions or special events. Please check the opening schedule before your visit.
