Park hours are subject to change without notice and it is highly recommended you check park hours before your visit. All rides and attractions will close 30 minutes before the park closing times.
- MOTIONGATE™ Dubai: Open daily from 11.00am. Park closes at 8.00pm Sunday to Thursday and 9.00pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Real Madrid World: Open daily from 12.00pm. Park closes at 9.00pm Sunday to Thursday and 10.00pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
- LEGOLAND® Dubai: Open daily from 10.00am. Closing time varies between 6.00pm and 7.00pm.
- LEGOLAND® Water Park: Open daily from 10.00am. Closing time varies between 6.00pm and 7.00pm.

- Please note that same-day ticket delivery is available Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Our dispatch team does not operate on weekends or evenings, so we kindly ask you to allow for this when placing your order. Your tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible within our working hours.
- Dubai Parks and Resorts 1 Day/2 Park Tickets are valid for 90 days from the time we process your booking and can be activated at any time within this period.
- Tickets expire in full after 90 days irrespective of usage.
- This ticket will give you same-day admission to your choice of 2 theme parks, including MOTIONGATE™ Dubai, Real Madrid World Dubai, LEGOLAND® Dubai or LEGOLAND® Water Park.
- Park opening hours are subject to change. Please check the latest opening hours before your visit.
- All guests entering Dubai Parks And Resorts are subject to the rules and regulations of entry as displayed at the main entrance and within Guest Services. Height, weight, size and age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions. These will be displayed at each relevant ride and attraction and made available from Guest Services.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
- Children below 3 years old may enter the Parks free of charge and do not require a ticket.
- The ticket does not include car parking fees and parking is subject to availability.
- Parks, zones, attractions or entertainment may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and liability.
- Your tickets will be available to download from your customer account 7 days before your departure date.
- *CANCELLATION POLICY: Tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before travel. Once tickets have been processed, they are non-refundable and cannot be changed. Cancellations within 7 days of travel are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
