- This experience is a great idea for a gift, as you don’t have to commit the recipient to a particular date – the choice is theirs! A voucher which will be uploaded to your customer account. Simply follow the instructions on your voucher to book your experience.
- Vouchers are valid for two adults (over 16) and two children (under 16) (under 18’s need parental or guardian consent)
- Wheelchair access and disabled facilities are available
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
- The tour is available Monday to Saturday between 09.40 and 16.30, Sundays between 10.30 and 15.30. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Kindly note, tours do not take place on home match days or the day before a home European game. Tours and contents may sometimes be subject to late changes or cancellations.
- Your voucher is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.
- We recommend you book at least two weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability
- The tour itself will last approximately 1 hour 10 minutes, time spent in the museum is at your leisure and you can visit either before or after the tour. If your stadium tours booked after 15.00 you will need to view the Museum prior to the Tour.
- Full Payment is required at the time of booking. Experience vouchers will be issued on confirmation of payment.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.
