Explore interactive set recreations for a nostalgia-packed immersive experience. Get your cameras out and re-create your favourite scenes from the show; dance in front of the fountain, peep through the iconic purple door at Rachel and Monica’s apartment, play football at Joey and Chandler’s and take a selfie on the orange couch in Central Park.
Explore a treasure trove of props from the show, including The Turkey Head, Phoebe’s New Year cab, and the infamous 18-page letter. With countless photo opportunities, delicious snacks, and of course coffee, this is an experience you won't want to miss.
What happens on the day?
On arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed and given access to The FRIENDS™ Experience. Immerse yourself in recreated sets, dance in front of the fountain, peep through the iconic purple door at Rachel and Monica’s apartment, play foosball at Joey and Chandler’s, and take a selfie on the orange couch in Central Perk. You’ll also find an array of props from the show and can expect photo opportunities galore.

- A voucher which will be sent to you. Simply follow the instructions on your voucher. Your voucher is open-dated and valid for 12 months. Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
- The FRIENDS™ Experience: The One in London is for people of all ages to enjoy.
- Guests under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
- We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Available Wednesday – Sunday 10.00 am – 6.00 pm with occasional additional weekday dates. Open times vary throughout the year
- Please allow 1 hour for the full experience
- A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.
