Take a speedy catamaran from Cairns and enjoy a memorable eco-adventure which takes in the Great Barrier Reef and also visits the tropical Green Island where snorkelling and hiking opportunities await.

Once onboard the catamaran, you will enjoy complimentary morning tea and coffee before departing Cairns for an exciting 45-minute journey to the picturesque Green Island.
At your destination, how you choose to spend the time is up to you. Maybe go snorkelling or take a glass-bottom boat coral viewing tour? Take a dip in the island's swimming pool?
Alternatively, why not explore the island's 120 native plant species on a self-guided Eco Island Walk? One thing is for sure, surrounded by coral gardens and an abundance of marine life, you won't forget this fantastic day tour.

There’s a wide range of additional activities to experience on Green Island.
Scuba dive, join a snorkel excursion and even walk underwater with Seawalker helmet diving. For an exhilarating top-side perspective of the reef, there are parasailing and scenic helicopter flights too! There’s even the Marineland Melanesia Crocodile Habitat with daily crocodile shows.

Terms & Conditions
- If you did not select hotel transfer, please make sure to check-in at the Great Adventures counters inside the Reef Fleet Terminal (1 Spence Street in Cairns) 1 hour before your departure time.
- Morning tea and coffee are served until departure from Cairns
- On very rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cruise not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day or a refund authorised.
- 2-course set lunch at Green Island Resort’s Emeralds Restaurant is not available on Christmas Day.
- Those wishing to dive will be required to fill out a medical questionnaire on board prior to diving. Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving. It is recommended a wait of 12 hours but preferably 24 hours, if doing multiple dives, before ascending to an altitude of 300 metres or greater. Snorkelling can be a strenuous activity. Please use caution and inform the crew of any medical conditions. The minimum age for diving is 12 years.
- Bring along a towel, sunscreen, hat, swimwear, spending money for drinks, souvenirs and optional activities and a camera to capture your memories. Limited underwater digital cameras are available to hire onboard.
- Surcharge: Due to potential significant volatility in supply & operational costs a surcharge may be applied due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure
- *Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled prior to your holiday departure date. No refunds are given for cancellations made post departure.
