Replicating the exact experience of freefall, budding daredevils can experience the joy of human flight without so much as a parachute – and all just 15 minutes from central London. Stepping into the wind tunnel, you’ll feel the thrill of being suspended in mid-air by a 120mph airstream. This introduction offers each participant two flights, that’s the same freefall time as three tandem skydives, but in a completely safe indoor environment.
The concept is used by the skydiving community to practice their freefall technique before they take to the skies. One thing’s for sure - thrill-seekers of any age or ability can experience the excitement of flight.
What happens on the day?
At point of booking, you will be given a link to complete a preflight safety and training video. On arrival 45 minutes before your flight time, you will check in and meet your instructor for a Q and A as you get geared up in a jumpsuit that is provided.
Then it’s time to make your way to the flight chamber. You will each receive two flights (that’s the same freefall time as three tandem skydives). Enjoy the feeling of being suspended in mid air by the 120mph stream of air.

- This experience is a great idea for a gift, as you don’t have to commit the recipient to a particular date – the choice is theirs! A voucher will be sent to you. Simply follow the instructions on your voucher. Your voucher is open-dated and valid for 12 months. Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location.
- This experience is available any time seven days a week throughout the year. Excluded dates including Christmas Day apply.
- We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. You must have booked and flown before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Minimum age: 3 years (under 18s need parental consent)
- Maximum weight: 18 stone 7lbs (117kgs)
- Participants with a disability will need to contact the centre at least 2 weeks prior to their flight date to ensure they can be fully accommodated.
- Guests should be in good general health. Anyone under 3 years, pregnant, suffer from a dislocated shoulder, wearing a hard plaster cast or under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be able to do this activity. If you have history of heart, back or neck complaints or any general concerns, it is best to check before booking.
- The venues have disabled access, lifts and toilets.
- Spectators are welcome.
- Please allow approximately 1 hour 45 minutes for your visit. Flights last around 50-60 seconds, sometimes longer.
- Please Note: It can take up to 72 hours to receive documentation.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.
