Ticket Delivery
Orders will be fulfilled with two separate digital tickets. Print the tickets in advance if you do not own a smartphone.
- LEGOLAND Florida: Gate-ready Universal Tickets can be downloaded directly to your smartphone as you receive your email notification. Scan the QR code at the park entrance for direct access to LEGOLAND Florida.
- SeaWorld Parks: SeaWorld Parks Tickets can be downloaded directly to your smartphone as you receive your email notification. Scan the barcode at one of the Self Service ticket kiosks at the front of the park entrance to retrieve your ticket(s)

All customers must be resident in the UK, Ireland or Europe to purchase this product as DoSomethingDifferent.com will send you actual park tickets in the post. This means you can go straight into the parks without queuing to redeem a Ticket Voucher. Tickets will be dispatched 3-4 weeks prior to your client’s Departure Date from the UK.
As you will be sent the actual ticket, we advise that you store it in a safe place prior to travel and take a photocopy of serial number(s) on the reverse. In the event that it is lost, this will enable the park to reissue the ticket(s).
Tickets will be dispatched by DX Courier Service. If you are travelling in less than a week, we can offer an Express Delivery Service for an additional fee, subject to ticket availability. Please either call our Customer Service Line on 0208 090 3790 to book UK Express Delivery.
Terms & Conditions
- The LEGOLAND Florida & SeaWorld Parks Combo Ticket is a combined package of a LEGOLAND® Florida One Day Ticket and SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket + Eat Free. Orders will be fulfilled with 2 digital tickets.
- The LEGOLAND Florida One Day Ticket gives you a full day's admission to LEGOLAND® Florida Resort. The ticket is open-dated and can be used at any time on your holiday, subject to park opening hours. LEGOLAND Water Park admission is NOT included with this ticket package.
- LEGOLAND Florida may be closed on certain days of the year. Please check the park operating calendar for up-to-date opening hours before visiting.
- The SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket + Eat Free allows one visit to each of the featured parks – SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Tickets expire in full after 14 days from first use. Any unused park visits will be forfeited upon expiry.
- Free transportation to Busch Gardens from Orlando on the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express is included with this ticket, but reservations are required to guarantee your seats and can be made in advance by calling 1-800-221-1339. The shuttle departs from SeaWorld and picks up from various locations in Orlando and Kissimmee. The service schedule will vary through the year and may be subject to change.
- Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days.
- Valid only during normal park operating hours.
- Parks, attractions, entertainment or specific benefits may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability.
Cancellation & Amendments
- Please note once a booking is fully paid, it is not possible to amend the number of tickets in your booking. If you need to change the number of guests in your party or change passenger names, all tickets on your booking will need to be cancelled and re-booked. We won't charge an amendment fee for making this change, but new prices may apply to your booking.
- For bookings on deposit, the ticket quantity and passenger names can be amended for free up to the point where your balance is paid in full. New ticket prices will apply if you amend the ticket year.
