- San Francisco Dungeon is not recommended for children under 10. Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 4 cannot be admitted. Due to height restrictions on the raft experience anyone under 48" will not be able to fully participate.
- San Francisco Dungeon is a timed attraction with entrance on the hour and ½ hour.
- No advance reservations are required. You will be sent an open-dated Madam Tussauds & San Francisco Dungeon combination voucher. This MUST be redeemed at Madam Tussauds admission desk first. This allows you to redeem your ticket on the date/time that best suits your itinerary. Please note photo I.D is required to collect your tickets.
- You have 2 weeks to visit both attractions from your first visited day.
- Exhibits and individual waxwork figures can be withdrawn at any time without notice at Madam Tussauds.
- Doors open at 10.00am and the last entrance is at 8.00pm Sunday to Thursdays and 9.00pm on Friday and Saturdays (subject to change).
- Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier before your holiday departure date. No refunds are given after this time.
