- Tours operate rain or shine.
- There will be no refunds for inclement weather and rain ponchos are provided to keep you dry if it rains.
- The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone from 16 up to 70 years of age. Riders must have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance and complete use of their left hand.
- Children under 16 years of age must be at least 145cm tall and over 45 kilos (100 pounds). Please note, the tour company's staff have the right to decline accepting your child without any obligation to refund you for his/her ticket.
- There is a maximum user weight limit of 118 kilos (260 pounds).
- There is a maximum of 8 persons in a tour group.
- Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to ride, and will not be refunded.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled 14 days prior to the tour date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 14 days of tour date.
