This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. Available Monday to Thursday. All bookings are subject to availability.
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Kindly note that vouchers may not be extended beyond their expiration date. Your voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary.
- This experience is available Monday-Thursday. Excluded dates may apply.
- We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Please allow up to 3 hours for the full experience.
- Voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.
