In the Catholic Church, a General Audience refers to a specific type of meeting with the Pope, open to anyone who wishes to attend. Since its inception, successive popes have upheld this tradition, making it a valued opportunity for the faithful to connect with the pontiff. Depending on the season, weather, and number of attendees, the papal audience can take place either in St. Peter's Square or in the Audience Hall, also known as Aula Nervi.

- On occasion, due to reasons out of our control, the Pope may not appear when scheduled. While we will endeavour to let you know beforehand if this is the case, this cannot be 100% guaranteed.
- Before entrance you will pass the metal detector check; metal objects are not allowed.
- Bottles, glass, alcoholic drinks, and spay are not allowed inside.
- Entrance to churches requires appropriate dress code (no shorts, no miniskirts or uncovered shoulders).
- Bags and luggage are not allowed.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier 4 days prior to the tour date. No refunds are given for no shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of departure.
