Kick things off with a 40 minute private guided tour with exclusive access and information from a site tour guide, including viewing replica Spitfire and Hurricane models. You’ll also enjoy the high-tech interactive Scramble Experience that’ll see you learn more about the Battle of Britain and bring the site to life. Sit back as you watch a unique and moving film created specifically for the Trust, demonstrating what life was like for the Few in the summer of 1940.
As part of your experience, you’ll also tuck into a cream tea in the Cockpit café, complete with scones, jam, clotted cream, a glass of Prosecco and either tea or coffee surrounded by stunning views of the Channel. With plenty of hands-on activities and a series of interactive panels delving deeper into the Battle, this promises to be a great day out for all.

- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. You must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date as vouchers cannot be extended.
- This experience is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 11.00 and 14.00. DAte exclusions such as Christmas will apply.
- Please allow approximately 3 hours for the whole experience.
- We recommend you book as soon as possible to ensure that dates are available once you have received your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Once you make a booking with the Experience Operator, you are bound by their terms and conditions. Make sure you understand their rules regarding changing a booking (particularly at short notice) as amendments may not be possible in the case of infringement of these rules.
- A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher. The Cancellation Indemnity policy may provide a replacement voucher in the event of cancellation by the participant owing to circumstances beyond their control.
- Full Payment is required at the time of booking. Experience vouchers will be issued on confirmation of payment.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.
