Prepare yourself for a delightful experience with Sherlock’s Boozy Afternoon Tea for Two, served in London’s only Sherlock-themed speakeasy, The Mind Palace.
Step into the world of Sherlock Holmes and immerse yourself in our Sherlock-themed bar, The Mind Palace.
On the day of the experience, make your way to the secret entrance, disguised as Doyle’s Opticians. Ring the buzzer and say the secret code “I’m interested in buying contact lenses” to be granted access.
Once inside and at your table your afternoon tea will consist of freshly made savouries, plus a selection of delectable homemade sweets. And of course, no afternoon tea is complete without scones served with clotted cream and jam.
And the fun doesn’t stop at the food either - each table comes with its own mini tabletop mystery. You’ll need to work together as a team to crack the puzzle, all whilst enjoying tasty treats and bottomless glasses of prosecco for 90 minutes.

- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
- The experience is available Thursdays to Sundays throughout the year. Exclusions will apply.
- If you are visibly inebriated, you will be refused entry or your experience curtailed
- If you are disruptive, unruly or present a threat to the environment or staff your experience will be terminated
- If you have any dietary requirements, you will need to contact the supplier by midnight on the Monday prior to your booking to advise of these. They may not be able to accomodate should you not contact them by this time.
- Please note: service is not included.
- We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available once you have your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
- This experience is a great idea for a gift, as you don’t have to commit the recipient to a particular date – the choice is theirs! A voucher which will be uploaded to your customer account. Simply follow the instructions on your voucher to book your experience.
- Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
- Once you make a booking with the Experience Operator, you are bound by their terms and conditions. Make sure you understand their rules regarding changing a booking (particularly at short notice) as amendments may not be possible in the case of infringement of these rules.
- A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher. The Cancellation Indemnity policy may provide a replacement voucher in the event of cancellation by the participant owing to circumstances beyond their control.
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase regardless of departure date entered. It is your responsibility to have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
- Full Payment is required at the time of booking. Experience vouchers will be issued on confirmation of payment.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.
