Terms & Conditions
- Book your ticket well in advance. We will book your ticket for you which may take a couple of days during our busy times. Download your Ticket(s) directly to your smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to each New York attraction or experience when prompted.
- Some featured attractions may require advanced reservations.
- **Please note visits to the Empire State Building, and other major attractions, need to be pre-booked. Please reserve your timed entry here https://www.sightseeingpass.com/en/manage-my-booking
- The Sightseeing Pass FLEX is activated the first time you use it and is then valid 60 days or until you have visited your total attractions
- There is no refund for any unused attractions.
- Attractions can be withdrawn at any time without notice. There are no refunds if a particular attraction is withdrawn.
- *Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date provided that you have not already used your ticket to pre-book attractions.
