Departure location

Ski Dubai is located at the Mall Of the Emirates.

Start times

12.00pm, 1.00pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm, 4.30pm 6.00pm, 7.30pm or 8.00pm. You must arrive at Ski Dubai 45 minutes before the encounter starts to allow enough time for security checks, clothing, and all the arrangements.

Duration

40 Minutes in total including a 20-25 minute penguin interaction.

Children aged 2 and younger are not allowed.
Children aged 14 years or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or above.
