This whale watching tour takes you sailing from Reykjavík out to Faxaflói bay which is home of variety of whales, dolphins and other marine life including sea birds like the Puffin, Arctic tern, Gannet and gulls.
The islands off the coast of Reykjavik are teeming with bird life, including the colourful Puffin, cormorants, and various types of gulls which makes it the perfect area to start the adventure.
RIB boats can cover more area in search for whales and wildlife than traditional boats which increases your chances of spotting these incredible creatures. The most common sightings include dolphins, humpback whales and killer whales.
At the end, you will be taken along Reykjavik's coast line for the opportunity to get some great photos of Reykjavik!
Please note: The Puffin migration season in Reykjavik is generally between early May and the middle of August. This tour will exclusively feature whale watching when the Puffin population is not in season.

- The Puffin migration season in Reykjavik is generally between early May and the middle of August. This tour will exclusively feature whale watching when the Puffin population is not in season.
- You will be required to present a printed copy of your voucher at the time of tour departure.
- This tour may not be suitable for people over the age of 65 years, people with back problems and pregnant women.
- If possible, bring warm outdoor clothing like a fleece sweater, cap and gloves and proper foot wear.
- Minimum height for this tour is 140 cm.
- This tour does not include return transfer to your hotel or guest house. The harbour is located only a short walk from central Reykjavik and the majority of hotels in the city.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier 72 hours prior to the tour date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours of tour date.
