The outdoor garden exhibit offers visitors a timeless view of heritage flowers and plant varieties, grown in the early 1900s in Beatrix Potter’s own garden. Interactive touch screens guide you through fascinating history, and not forgetting the world-famous gift shop, full of Beatrix Potter magic.

  • There are two ramp access points into the building. There is also an entrance next to the cafe but this has steps. The whole attraction is accessible.
  • We recommend you book at least two weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. Please ensure you book and take the experience before this date.
  • Available seven days a week throughout the year, subject to availability. Exclusions, such as Christmas Day, may apply.
  • Afternoon Tea is served between 11.30 and 15.00 daily and is subject to availability.
  • Opening times may vary depending on the time of year. Please check when you book.
  • Please allow about 1 hour for the full experience.
  • Please do not book your transportation until you have confirmed your date of visit because the experience is subject to availability.
  • Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase.
