- There are two ramp access points into the building. There is also an entrance next to the cafe but this has steps. The whole attraction is accessible.
- We recommend you book at least two weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. Please ensure you book and take the experience before this date.
- Available seven days a week throughout the year, subject to availability. Exclusions, such as Christmas Day, may apply.
- Opening times may vary depending on the time of year. Please check when you book.
- Please allow about 1 hour for the full experience.
- Please do not book your transportation until you have confirmed your date of visit because the experience is subject to availability.
