Operational Information:
- Audio Guide in 7 languages - Polish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Russian.
- First departure from the first stop is at 10.05 am.
- Times are subject to change with little or no notice.
- Frequency: Every 50-60 minutes (unplanned traffic may cause delays)
- Guests can start at ANY of the bus stops along the route.
- Last loop from first stop will be at about 4pm (please check locally as subject to change)

- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a voucher. Please follow these instructions prior to your tour.
- You can board the bus from any of the stops
- You must present your voucher to the driver as you board the bus, who will exchange this for a bus ticket.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Operating times are subject to change without notice, please check locally.
- There are stairs onto the bus so this tour is not suitable for guests with mobility issues or in a wheelchair.
- Strollers aren't able to be accommodated on the bus.
- The free gondola cruise and entrance to Galicia Jewish Museum must be used within the validity of the ticket. It cannot be used on a later date.
- Entrance to attractions (other than those advised in inclusions) is not included in this ticket.
- The free cruise and entrance to Galicia Jewish Museum is included on your bus ticket.
- Free Gondola Cruise - The bus ticket will allow you to join a 30 minute gondola ride down the Vistula River with Haven "ARKADIA" from Czerwieński Boulevard on the Vistula (boulevard street Bernardyńska) departing every 30 minutes between 11am and 5pm (in the period of March, October, November 11am-4pm).
- You can start at any of the 15 stops around Krakow
- Please do not lose the bus ticket the driver gives you. This cannot be replaced.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled up to 72 hours prior to chosen date, to allow confirmation from the operator. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 24 hours.
