Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse boarding to unruly groups.
- City Cruises Lifejackets are mandatory for all passengers in the self drive boat and it is the responsibility of the passengers to ensure these lifejackets are worn throughout the hire. Any passengers who are unable or refuse to wear a lifejacket will not be allowed onboard the self drive.
- Passengers will be provided with a safety briefing and a nominated driver will be required to sign to confirm they have been briefed and that they understand and take responsibility for the safe navigation of the boat.
- To ensure the comfort and well-being of all passengers, smoking and vaping are not permitted on public cruises.
- No pillaging allowed! A returnable security bond of Min. £40 is required for all hires and must be paid by card or cash upon arrival at the landing. Failure to comply with T&Cs and the rules of the river could result in the loss of the security bond.
- Please dress appropriately for an outdoor experience, including changeable weather.
- Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled or amended with the supplier outside of 72 hours prior to departure date. 100 % cancellation fees will be charged within 72 hours. All cancellations and amendments must be confirmed with the supplier in writing prior to the 72 hours.
