On the more thrilling, faster paced attractions at the Disney Water Parks – like Humunga Kowabunga at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, or Summit Plummet at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park – we recommend wearing one-piece bathing costumes. Also bear in mind that you won’t be allowed to wear swimsuits with rivets, buckles or exposed metal.

Your Balloon ride will always be in the early morning- so you still have the whole day to enjoy the parks!

Most hotels and villas provide towels so there is no need to take your own.

Monday is a good day to visit the park as it tends to be quieter than at the weekend.

Mission: SPACE is well worth a go as it’s (probably!) the nearest you’ll ever get to experiencing being in space. If you have any kind of motion sickness, however, ask for the green version which provides a slightly less intense experience.

Buy a disposable camera for your children and let them take their own photos of the amazing views!

If you want to meet Mickey, head to Main Street USA.

Many of Disney’s restaurants can be booked up to 180 days in advance. If there’s a special place you want to eat, particularly for Character Dining, be sure to reserve as far ahead as possible. For Character Dining meals, contact Attraction Tickets Direct for VIP treatment.

Even if you just go to a few attractions, you will save a significant amount of money with the Go Miami Card!

Make sure you pick up a park map on your way in, which will give you all of the show times for that day, so you won’t miss a thing.
