Don’t miss the tribute to the man who started it all, Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream, located in the Pixar Studios area.

Don’t miss the animal meet-and greets that can pop up during the day. There’s a two toed sloth, a kinkachu (or honey bear) and a giant tortoise, which occasionally make an appearance throughout the park.

Don’t go with the flow: avoid the early morning rush at the theme parks by heading straight to the very back of the park and working your way round anticlockwise.

Don’t forget to keep re-applying your sun lotion and if the sun’s got his hat on, make sure you have too!

Don’t forget that FastPasses run out very early in the day so grab one as early as possible. As soon as you’ve experienced the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, get a Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ FastPass immediately afterwards – or vice versa!

Don’t feel like zipping down water slides? Both Disney Water Parks have ‘lazy rivers’ that circle the entire park – just hop in and relax!

Don’t carry your souvenirs around the parks all day – buy them just before you leave. If you are staying at an on-site Disney Resort Hotel, you can use your Key to the World room key to charge purchases and have them delivered to you free of charge.

Water park rule number one: arrange a meeting place in case anyone in your group gets separated.

Disposable underwater cameras are great for taking pictures on all of the water-based attractions. At Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, you can buy them at Singapore Sal’s near the main entrance.

If you’re staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, use Extra Magic Hours – these give you the opportunity to escape the crowds and visit the parks outside of regular opening hours at no extra charge.
