Park Locations

Siam Park is located in the south of Tenerife and is close to the popular resorts of Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, Las Americas, and Fañabe. Loro Parque is located in the North of Tenerife close to Puerto de la Cruz. The parks are around an hour apart by car.

  • The Loro Parque and Siam Park Twin Ticket includes a full day’s admission to both Siam Park and Loro Parque and the ticket expires 14 days after you visit the first park – meaning you do not have to visit the parks over consecutive days.
  • You will be sent a gate-ready Loro Parque and Siam Park Twin Ticket ticket, not a voucher, ensuring minimum fuss when you arrive at both Siam Park and Loro Parque. There is nothing to redeem and you simply go straight through the gate on arrival.
  • The QR code you will use for entry is also the QR code you will use to redeem your free burgers, you will need to use this code at both parks.
  • The free burger offer is valid for one hamburger during your visit at Siam Park and one burger at Loro Parque, this cannot be redeemed against any other item on the menu. This is redeemable at The Beach Club in Siam Park and Patio del Loro in Loro Parque.
  • Loro Parque and Siam Park Twin Tickets are activated the first time they are used.
  • The Loro Parque and Siam Park Twin Ticket price does not include car parking which is €7.00 per day at Siam Park with 490 parking spaces and €7.00 per day at Loro Parque with 200 parking spaces. (Prices are subject to change)
  • The Loro Parque and Siam Park Twin Ticket does not include transportation to the parks except for the FREE Siam Park Bus which is available for ticket holders and operates daily, picking up from Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, and Costa Adeje. Check schedules in the resort for pick-up times.
  • Twin ticket is free in both parks for children aged from 0 to 2 years when accompanied by an adult.
  • Height, weight and age restrictions apply on certain rides.
  • Attractions are subject to seasonal closure each year for maintenance and refurbishment.
  • Siam Park lockers are available at various locations around the park, not just at the entrance. During busy periods and if the entrance lockers look full, please go to the other locker locations within the park. Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, we recommend arriving early to secure a locker, especially during peak periods. Refunds are not offered to customers if they leave the park due to not being able to find a locker.
  • *Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled for free until they are downloaded from your customer account. Once tickets have been downloaded, the ticket is non-refundable.
