Adelaide City Tour

The Adelaide City Tour provides a perfect opportunity to view the stunning architecture, sample some of the attractions and discover the vibrant culture built on world famous festivals, food and wine.

Your tour of the ‘Festival City’ or ‘City of Churches’ commences at historic Victoria Square in the heart of the city. You will pass by the State Library which houses the intriguing Bradman Collection and also see the picturesque Holy Trinity Church, Adelaide’s oldest church built shortly after British settlement in 1838. Other highlights include the famous Adelaide Oval, scene of many historic cricket contests, St Peter’s Cathedral and the delightful River Torrens with its charming garden banks.

Enjoy a short respite at Haigh’s Chocolate Factory, where you can tour the facility and enjoy morning tea and complimentary chocolates, which will no doubt delight any would-be chocoholics.

The tour then continues through the quaint suburbs of North Adelaide to Colonel Light’s lookout at Montefiore Hill where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic vistas of the city. The tour concludes in the bustling seaside town of Glenelg. You can choose to either return to the city centre by coach or spend more time enjoying sea and sun in Glenelg.
